Pilates is an exercise program developed by Mr. Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Pilates exercises can be done on a mat, or with specific equipment designed by Mr. Pilates.
Pilates provides a full body workout. Benefits include an increase in core strength, an increase in flexibility, reduced low back pain, improved posture, and improved balance and coordination.
Our goal is to enrich your life through the Pilates Method. Our professional staff will guide you through an effective and safe workout to meet your goals and needs.
Live Streaming Lessons
We recognize that exercise and movement are very important to boost our immune system as well as the tremendous attribution to stress relief.
We are super excited that we are able to continue offering our services from the comfort of your own home. We will be doing Mat based lessons utilizing items you can easily find in your home such as towels, water bottles, can goods, chairs etc.
We will be offering 3 classes Monday through Friday at 8:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am and 12:00 pm HST.
priced at $5 for a single class and $20 for unlimited lessons for 14 days. Private and semi-private lessons are also available through live streaming.
We are using Zoom.us for the live streaming. To download and install the Zoom Application: Go to https://zoom.us/download and from the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”. This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting. You could also stream Zoom from your smartphone or tablet. Download the app from the App Store or google play.
